                    ACCESSORIES AND PLASTIC PACKING
                    IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

         The producing commercial enterprise "Litoplast" Ltd. was registered
         on the 15th April, 1992, and reregistered in 1996.

         At present PCE "Litoplast" Ltd. produces plastic sewing accessories,
         polyethylene and polypropylene packing for enterprises of Belarus and
         other countries of ex-USSR, details for "Atlant" PLC. It deals with
         international transportation and manufactured equipment for its
         own needs.
